1. Minimum age requirement
Vybia Africa is reserved for adults. Creating an account requires entering a date of birth, and registration is automatically refused to anyone under 18.
2. What we prohibit
- Any content, behavior, or communication involving the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors.
- Any attempt to pose as a minor or to seek contact with minors for sexual purposes.
- Sharing, soliciting, or distributing content that sexualizes minors.
Any account identified as violating these rules is immediately suspended and its content retained for investigation purposes, in accordance with applicable law.
3. How to report a problem
Vybia Africa allows any user to report a profile, conversation, or content directly from the app, or to block another user at any time. Each report specifies a reason and details, and is forwarded to our team for review.
To report content or behavior involving a minor outside the app, or for any question about these standards, write to safety@vybiaafrica.com with as much detail as possible: the profile involved, date, description, and screenshots if available.
4. Moderation and enforcement
Reports are reviewed by our team. Depending on severity, measures may include a warning, temporary suspension, permanent account deletion, and preservation of evidence for referral to the competent authorities.
